    Payment Methods

    We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments. All transactions are processed in USD through secure payment gateways. Your payment must be completed in full before we begin processing your order. In rare cases where payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order after 72 hours of attempted processing.


    Order Verification Process

    After placing your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation email within 15 minutes. This email serves as your receipt and order verification. Please review all details carefully, including shipping address, item selections, and pricing. We're not responsible for incorrect deliveries resulting from errors in the information you provided. For security purposes, we may request additional verification for high-value orders or unusual purchasing patterns.


    Inventory & Order Cancellations

    While we maintain accurate inventory systems, occasionally items may sell out faster than anticipated. If we cannot fulfill your order, we'll notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, violates our purchase limits, or contains pricing errors (including obvious system glitches that result in incorrect pricing displays).


    Pricing & Additional Charges

    All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country's regulations. These additional charges are beyond our control and will not be refunded if you refuse a shipment due to these fees. Price adjustments are not offered for items that go on sale after your purchase date.


    Shipping & Handling

    Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend to 7 business days. Domestic shipments generally take 5-10 business days for delivery after dispatch. International orders require 10-21 business days for delivery, depending on destination and customs processing. You'll receive tracking information via email once your package is handed to the carrier. Please note these are estimates – we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resalable condition. Final sale items and customized products cannot be returned. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
