Our shipping policy is designed to deliver your boldly ugly garments with the same unconventional spirit they were created with - giving you ample time to reconsider your questionable life choices before the package arrives.


    Processing Time

    All orders of our regrettable fashion statements are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. During peak ugly sweater seasons (July-December), processing may extend to 10 business days as we carefully select the most offensive color combinations for your package. You'll receive an email confirmation when we've successfully suppressed our designers' tears and shipped your order.


    Shipping Time

    Standard shipping begins once our warehouse staff stops laughing at your order. Domestic (U.S.) deliveries take 10-21 business days - we include extra time for carriers to recover from seeing your items. International shipments to Canada, UK, and Australia take 14-28 business days, allowing customs officials proper time to question your taste. Some remote locations may experience additional delays as drivers refuse to transport certain items without hazard pay.


    Shipping Costs

    Our shipping fees are structured as follows:

    Standard Shipping

    Order Total: US$0 - US$60

    A standard shipping fee of US$10 will be applied.

    Order Total: Above US$60

    Standard shipping is free for orders over US$60.

    Expedited Shipping

    Order Total: US$0 - US$100

    An expedited shipping fee of US$20 will be applied.

    Order Total: Above US$100

    Expedited shipping is free for orders over US$100.


    Expedited Delivery

    Need your fashion disaster faster? Expedited shipping guarantees your package will arrive in 7-14 business days (domestic) or 10-21 days (international). Additional fees apply because we have to bribe carriers to handle these items quickly. Note: Some particularly offensive items may be excluded from expedited shipping at our discretion.


    International Shipping & Customs

    International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and the inevitable shame when officials inspect your package. We cannot be held liable if your country bans certain color combinations or fabric atrocities. Returns due to customs rejection will incur a $25 reprocessing fee to cover our emotional distress.


    Order Tracking

    You'll receive tracking information once your package enters the shipping network. We recommend checking tracking sparingly - the less you think about your purchase before it arrives, the better. International tracking may show "held at customs" for extended periods while officials debate whether to allow such items into their country.


    Returns

    You have 21 days from delivery to return items you've come to regret. All returns must be in original condition - no stains from tears of remorse. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, though we'll waive them if you can prove the item caused actual physical harm.
